From the time we leave Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business (second sunday of the month) until the next MWAB, what has been said during meeting, what has been planned, what we have voiced concerns about, all of that and more languishes in our minds, hides in our individual notes, and sometimes escapes our collective consciousnesses until we are reminded by the minutes read for the last business meeting at the next one.  Okay, not always.  But wouldn't it be nice if we could jiggle our memories of business meeting (or even oral ministry from the silence) as easy as we can see what our facebook friends are up to?  If we could comment on a thought from a F(f)riend as easily as we comment on a posting on facebook?  I guess emails would serve that purpose...but I'm not sure.  I don't always remember to press "send to all" so not everyone gets all of my responses.  And I like the idea of "visiting" a place where we all meet...like at a website.  So here's the experiment: we try this blogger site (free for me as a registered google user), make comments, post pics, remind each other that we care about each other, that we are friends as well as Friends. I'll add all of you with computers as members of this blog (just as soon as I find out how to do it) so each of you can post and comment and upload photos. For instance, did you know Nancy and Michael have a new "baby" who walked up to the car and said, "take me home...I think you need someone" just when they needed someone?  For right now, it will be just us...until we can see if we can do this.  Then we can open it up to other quakers. Let me know what you think, what you'd like to see here, if this is going in the right direction.  Namaste.
